Exam Pattern
- 90 questions (30 each in Physics, Chemistry, Maths); you attempt 75 (20 MCQ + 5 of 10 numerical per subject).
- Marking: +4 correct, −1 wrong (MCQ); numerical-value questions also have negative marking now.
- Duration 3 hours; conducted online (CBT) by NTA in multiple sessions per year.
- Score is normalised across sessions into a percentile; NTA releases official question papers and answer keys after each session.
