Java Design Builder in Java

The Builder pattern constructs complex objects step by step. It separates object construction from its representation, allowing the same construction process to create different objects.

It solves the "telescoping constructor" problem — when a class has many optional parameters, you end up with many constructors or long parameter lists that are hard to read.

A Builder class has setter-like methods that return this (for method chaining), and a build() method that creates and returns the final object.

In Java, Lombok's @Builder annotation auto-generates builders. The standard library uses this pattern in StringBuilder, ProcessBuilder, and Stream.Builder.
