For a right triangle: sin θ = Opposite/Hypotenuse, cos θ = Adjacent/Hypotenuse, tan θ = Opposite/Adjacent.
SOHCAHTOA: Sin=Opp/Hyp, Cos=Adj/Hyp, Tan=Opp/Adj. Reciprocals: cosec=1/sin, sec=1/cos, cot=1/tan.
Standard values: sin 0°=0, sin 30°=½, sin 45°=1/√2, sin 60°=√3/2, sin 90°=1.
Identity: sin²θ + cos²θ = 1. 1 + tan²θ = sec²θ. 1 + cot²θ = cosec²θ.
Height and Distance: angle of elevation (looking up) and angle of depression (looking down).
