Apt Statement Conclusions in Aptitude

A conclusion is a logical deduction drawn from a given statement — it must follow DIRECTLY and DEFINITELY from the statement.

Difference from assumptions: Assumptions are implied premises (what is taken for granted before the statement). Conclusions are derived outcomes.

A conclusion is valid only if it necessarily follows — not just probably or possibly.

Negative conclusions: Even a definite "No" can be a valid conclusion if it directly follows from the statement.

Key test: Can the conclusion be false while the statement is true? If yes, the conclusion does NOT follow.
