Apt Coding Decoding in Aptitude
Coding-Decoding tests your ability to find the pattern used to encode words or numbers.
Letter Position: A=1, B=2, ..., Z=26. Or reverse: A=26, Z=1.
Shift coding: Each letter shifted by n positions. APPLE→BQQMF (shifted +1). Caesar cipher.
Mirror image coding: A↔Z, B↔Y, C↔X... (opposite letters).
Number coding: Replace each letter with its position number. CAT = 3-1-20.
