COMEDK UGET (Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka — Undergraduate Entrance Test): COMEDK UGET is the common entrance test for admission to undergraduate engineering (B.E./B.Tech) seats in around 190 private and deemed engineering colleges across Karnataka, including many top Bangalore institutes. It tests Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at the Class 11 and 12 level and is one of the most popular engineering entrances in South India, taken by over a lakh students each year. Admission is based on your COMEDK rank, and it is separate from KCET (the state-quota exam).
