Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to request sick leave for three days from 13 April to 15 April 2026. I have been suffering from fever and body pain since yesterday. The doctor has advised me to rest for a few days. I am unable to attend school during this period.
I request you to grant me leave for these three days. I will submit a medical certificate from my doctor upon return to school. I will complete all work assigned during my absence.
