BETWEEN, IN, NOT IN Operators in SQL
BETWEEN x AND y is shorthand for >= x AND <= y (inclusive on both ends). Works with numbers, dates, text.
IN (val1, val2, val3) matches if column equals any value in the list. Faster than multiple ORs.
NOT IN (list) excludes rows where column matches any value. Beware: if list contains NULL, NOT IN returns no rows. Use NOT EXISTS instead.
