Git Pull in Git & GitHub

`git pull` is the opposite of push. It downloads commits from the remote repository and integrates them into your current branch. It's essentially `git fetch` (download) + `git merge` (integrate) in one command.

Pull keeps your local copy in sync with the team's work. If Priya pushes new code, Arjun pulls it to get the latest changes on his computer.

You should pull before starting work and push after finishing to avoid conflicts.

Git Pull — Syntax

git pull <remote> <branch> # Pull from remote
git pull # Pull from origin (default)
